CBH seeks a full time Asset Management Assistant to support the newly organized Asset Management department. The Asset Management Assistant position plays a key role in ensuring effective regulatory and investor reporting for all CBH’s housing developments in operations as well as ensuring occupancy and long term performance of the organization’s portfolio per investor and lender requirements as well as the stability and quality of life of the residents within these buildings. These activities will be supervised under the direction of the Executive Director and will also interface and work closely with CBH’s Asset Management Consultant, Office Manager & Special Projects Assistant and the Administrative Assistant.
An undergraduate degree in business, public administration, urban planning/studies or a related area or relevant experience in the field is preferred but may be substituted by at least 5 consecutive years in a non-related field whereby the duties involved supervising and/or managing multiple individuals and properties. Experience in the non-profit industry is highly desirable but not required.
