SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Asset Manager – Special Projects will work as part of the Asset Management team and co-operate with the Director of Operations and maintenance staff, to oversee capital improvements and other projects at LAFH Irmas Center/Offices and interim housing locations. Responsibilities span over three major areas: 1) Developing the Preventive Maintenance Plan Management for above locations; 2) Managing Capital Projects at Interim Housing and Irmas Campus including but not limited to the following activities: Scope of Work, Bidding, Contract Negotiation and Construction Management; and 3) Developing and implementing agency-wide construction specifications.
