The Housing Development Intern will assist the members of the housing development team in housing development tasks for projects in various phases of development. In addition to providing support to the housing development team on tasks such as site feasibility analyses, identifying sites, and modifying proformas, the intern will focus on researching and identifying park and open space grant opportunities for the Isla project. The intern will also identify what programs and opportunities would be available for future housing development projects. This is a great position for those interested in learning more about affordable housing development.
The position is part-time, for a minimum of 16 hours per week. Hours are flexible. This is a paid three-month internship with the possibility of a three-month extension upon review.
