The Vice President oversees and exercises broad management and supervisorial responsibilities over the organization’s Residential Services Division (‘Division’).  This includes responsibility over policies, staffing, programs, budgeting, reporting, and other activities related to the Division. 

The Residential Services Division exercises, oversees, directs, performs, monitors, and coordinates all residential service programs at Many Mansions’ properties.  These include programs for resident children, families, and adults, including supportive housing adults.  Such programs include, but are not limited to adult programs, including resident case management, life-skills training, presentations & workshops, as well as children programs including Homework Club, Camp Many Mansions, College Awareness, VITA, and FoodShare.

The Vice President is a key member of the senior management team, must be a responsible and responsive business manager, and must promote the organization’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives.  The Vice President works closely with the President, the Executive Vice President, the Many Mansions Board of Director, and the other Divisions.  The Vice President is one of the organization’s primary spokesperson and representative.

To be considered, the preferred candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or other related field required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Current BCBA, or other clinical license such as LMFT or LCSW preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing populations with significant social or behavioral health complexity, including homeless population with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Behavioral health assessment, treatment, case management practices, substance use disorder treatment, mental/behavioral health theories and practices; HIPAA and other state/federal legislation governing healthcare within an affordable housing environment.
  • Proven history of leadership, with a minimum of five (5) years managing staff, including case managers, children and youth services workers required.
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • Legal ability to drive a motor vehicle in California.
